Pergolas & pavilions

Shade and shelter that stand up to Colorado weather

A pergola turns a patio or deck into a space you actually use. On the Front Range, that means sizing the posts and beams for wind and snow load and anchoring them to a solid footing or slab. We design yours to fit your yard, build it in cedar or steel, and make sure it stays put through every season.

Designed in 3D first

You see the size, the material, and how it sits over your patio in a realistic 3D design before we build.

Anchored to a real base

Posts set on proper footings or anchored to the slab so the structure handles Colorado wind and snow.

Shade the way you want it

Open slats, a solid patio cover, or an adjustable louvered roof to control sun and rain.

Finished to match

Cedar or steel, clean lines, and colors chosen to fit your home, with lighting and fans wired in if you want them.

What we build

Pergolas, pavilions, patio covers, and hot tub surrounds

Whether you want light shade over a patio or a fully covered outdoor room, we design and build it as one project with one team.

  • Cedar and steel pergolas. Open-slat pergolas that add shade and a finished look over a patio or deck.
  • Pavilions and patio covers. A solid or louvered roof so you can sit outside in sun, rain, or light snow.
  • Hot tub surrounds. A pergola and deck or patio built around a hot tub for privacy and shade.
  • Built over your space. Tie the pergola into a new patio or deck and add lighting so you use it day and night.

Questions

Pergola questions we hear a lot

Cedar or steel, which should I pick?
Both work well in Colorado. Cedar gives you a warm, natural look and is easy to stain to match your home. Steel gives you thinner posts, longer spans, and almost no upkeep. We will show you both in your 3D design and help you choose.
Will a pergola give me real shade?
It depends on the roof. Open slats break up the sun and add a finished look. For full shade and rain cover, a solid patio cover or an adjustable louvered roof gives you an outdoor room you can use in any weather.
Can you build over my existing patio or deck?
Yes, in most cases. We check that your slab or deck can carry the load and anchor the posts the right way. If it cannot, we will tell you up front and design a footing plan that works.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. Covered structures usually need a permit, and we handle it. Permits, planning, and HOA submittals are part of the job so your pergola is approved and built to code.
