Paver & stone patios

A patio that holds up to Colorado, and looks like it belongs

A patio is only as good as what is under it. On the Front Range, that means the right base depth, proper compaction, and drainage that moves water away from your foundation, so your patio does not heave, sink, or crack when the ground freezes and thaws. We build every patio that way, then finish it so it looks like part of your home.

Designed in 3D first

You see the layout, the materials, and the borders in a realistic 3D design before we lay a single paver.

Built on a real base

Proper excavation, road base, and compaction so your patio stays flat and level through Colorado winters.

Drainage done right

We grade and drain the patio to carry water away from your house, not toward it.

Finished to match

Borders, steps, seating walls, and clean edges, with materials chosen to fit your home and your yard.

What we build

Paver, flagstone, and full outdoor living patios

Whether you want a simple sitting area or a full outdoor living space, we design and build it as one project with one team.

  • Paver patios. Concrete pavers in the color, size, and pattern that fit your home, with a bordered edge that stays put.
  • Natural stone. Flagstone and natural stone patios for a higher-end, one-of-a-kind look.
  • Steps & seating walls. Built-in steps, seating walls, and planters that make the patio feel like a room.
  • Fire, shade & lighting. Add a fire pit, a pergola, and low-voltage lighting so you use the space day and night.

Questions

Patio questions we hear a lot

Pavers or stamped concrete, which is better?
Both work well in Colorado. Pavers flex with freeze and thaw and any one piece can be lifted and reset, while stamped concrete is a lower-cost way to get a stone or brick look. We will show you both in your 3D design and help you pick. See our stamped concrete page too.
How much does a paver patio cost?
It depends on the size, the material, and whether you add steps, walls, a fire feature, or lighting. Nobody can give you a real number from a web page. We design your patio, then put one honest written price in front of you.
Will my patio crack or sink?
Not if it is built right. Most patio failures come from a thin base and poor drainage. We excavate to the proper depth, use compacted road base, and grade for drainage so your patio stays level through Colorado winters.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. Permits, planning, and HOA submittals are part of the job. We prepare what your city and your HOA need so the project is approved and built to code.
